Sample roasting and cupping multiple lots before making purchase decisions of our green coffee

Roasting our coffee on a manually operated solid drum coffee roaster modified to increase airflow, convection, and radiant heat, using sight, sound, and smell
Managing our green coffee inventory to maintain fresh crops and realize new origins and qualities
Managing our roasted coffee inventory to maintain the highest level of freshness being delivered to our customers
Requiring the highest standards in quality control in the coffee industry
Bringing to our employees, friends, family, and customers, education through lecture and cupping on a regular basis and open for anyone to attend
Customization
From within our wholesale roasting plant, we work with our wholesale customers to develop custom blends that fit their business
U-Blend programs using our personally selected single origin coffees and Thornton Family Coffee Roasters roast profiles for wholesalers and consumers
When we do retail, we display a variety of coffee and help you understand how to build your perfect blend, offer a non-pretentious experience, and welcome everyone
