When it comes to what our customers are looking for in a medium/dark roasted upscale blend, we end up with our Roasters Choice.

Roasted to a level that brings out a slight oily sheen, this is a very well balanced blend of Central, South American, and Ethiopian beans. This coffee caters to fans of just a hint of the roasty taste in their cup, but still captures the sweetness of the coffees it incorporates.
