Concord features coffees from East Africa and South America, and is our primary espresso blend. Drip brewed it is smooth with a subtle dry fruit finish. As an espresso, this coffee produces a delicate crema that is smooth and buttery, complimented by a dry fruit taste and lingering aftertaste.

We developed this blend to shine as the primary base for our espresso, and also to be an option as a drip brewed coffee. The soul of this blend is our Colombia Timana, which supports ASPROTIMANA (a highly selective cooperative in sourthern Huila) working directly with women producers to establish coffee production from farms owned and managed by women.

This balanced and versatile blend is the result of the coffees within it creating a state of harmony to produce a balance together - one might say, a concord.
