Kick back and relax with a cup of your new favorite signature Thornton Coffee blend! Featuring coffees from Tanzania, Peru, and Guatemala, this coffee has a rich dark chocolate taste, a hint of plum, and a bold and viscous body.

Formerly known as “Winter Break,” we are thrilled to be adopting a variation of that blend into our permanent TFCR lineup!

This blend will always feature an East African coffee, a Central American coffee, and a South American coffee - as showcased on the label artwork!

The name Apex has a few meanings behind it for this blend. One of our favorites is comparing it to a musical apex: melodic lines that build up to the chorus then apex at the solo. Each of the coffees in this blend is represented by the different melodic lines…. and the solo is the finished point: Apex.

If you look closely, there’s a bit of an Easter-egg hidden in the label…. courtesy of Paul’s imagination (and modeled after a pretty epic drawing he did of our original idea for the label…)
